Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a convenient way to communicate with our clinical team for non-urgent needs. Through the portal, you may:
-
Send non-urgent medical questions
-
Request prescription refills
-
Follow up on previous visits
-
Communicate directly with your provider or clinical staff
Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response to non-urgent portal messages.
Nurse Line
The Nurse Line is available for non-urgent medical questions and concerns that require assistance from our clinical staff. When leaving a voicemail, please include:
-
Patient's full name
-
Patient's date of birth
-
Detailed reason for your call
-
Best callback number
Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response to Nurse Line messages.
Prescription Refills & Forms
Prescription refill requests and patient forms require provider review and processing. Please allow 2–3 business days for completion.
Appointments & Sick Visits
If your child needs to be evaluated by a provider, has a new concern, or you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact our scheduling team directly. Appointment-related requests should not be submitted through the Nurse Line, as calling the scheduling department is often the fastest way to have your child seen.
Provider Responses
Providers and clinical staff strive to respond to non-urgent medical questions within 24 business hours. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, or periods of high patient volume.
Medical Emergencies
The Patient Portal and Nurse Line are not monitored for emergencies. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or proceed to the nearest Urgent Care Center or Emergency Room.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide timely, high-quality care for all of our patients and families.
